Shipping Policy

For Continental U.S. Customers

Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipping to the contiguous 48 States.
 

For Non-contiguous U.S. regions and International customers

A discounted FedEx shipping rate will be offered. The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.

All orders typically ship in 2 - 4 business days once the order has been placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once the order has shipped from the warehouse.

We cannot ship to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Return Policy

​

You may return your unused product for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Item(s) must be shipped out within 48 hours of receiving an RMA number. To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be sent back in resalable condition, in its original packaging with tags attached. If you are returning footwear, you must include the original shoe box with all accessories. The item must be new, not worn, unaltered, and free of any odors or fragrances. All custom made-to-order items cannot be exchanged or returned.

 

If the item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in a resalable condition.

Please fill out the return form below to initiate a return. DIZYGOTIC will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid Return Authorization Number (RMA). You can expect a full refund to your credit card within 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement or other payment methods.

We will do our best to protect the whole packaging solution including the shoe box. But sometimes the packaging of the product could still be damaged due to improper handling by the carriers. Therefore DIZYGOTIC is not responsible for any box dents or damages. We offer the shipping signature confirmation option during the checkout to prevent package loss and package theft. But DIZYGOTIC is not responsible for any package loss or package theft.

For Continental U.S. Customers

Please fill out the return form below and a FedEx shipping label and an RMA number will be emailed to you in 24 hours. Please note for domestic returns, a $19.00 shipping charge will be deducted from your return credit.

For Non-contiguous U.S. regions and International customers

Please fill out the return form below and a warehouse address and an RMA number will be emailed to you in 24 hours. Please follow the instructions in the email to mail the item to us. Any shipping costs and foreign VAT are not refundable.

Exchange Policy

​

To request an exchange, please contact us at info@dizygotic.com or use the below form. The inventory team will modify the order info prior to shipping or arrange the exchange shipping accordingly. We will try our best to waive the shipping fee for all domestic exchange requests. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if an exchange shipping fee will be charged.

Order Cancellations

​

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order and prior to shipping. All cancellations will incur a 5% processing fee charged by the payment methods and providers such as credit/debit cards and Paypal with no exceptions.
